TODD MORTEN

Todd Morten, a native Nebraska, grew up in Nebraska and Texas. Todd is a graduate of The University of Nebraska College of Law. After law school, he worked for the Scotts Bluff County Attorney’s Office as a Deputy County Attorney for one and half years before entering private practice. Today he represents clients in the areas of Criminal Defense, Family and Juvenile Law, Bankruptcy and Construction Issues.

Todd is a member of the Nebraska State Bar, Scotts Bluff County Bar, and the Federal District Court of Nebraska. He is also a member of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association.

Before law school Todd received his bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from The Criswell College in Dallas, Texas. During college Todd worked in construction in the Dallas, Texas area.

When he isn’t at the office, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their five children. He loves mountain and road cycling, and hiking in the Rockies. He is also an active film videomaker and photographer.
